Figured we could make this like the tennis version on the MSB.
Good to see it back. Kapalua is always fun and scores are low. Good leaderboard so far as well.

I didn't realize NBC had released Zinger until today. That along with Maltbie & Koch departing is making for a new look & sound for NBC Golf.

Zinger was brutal last year. Felt like all he would talk about was “pressure” and that was his only schtick.

I loved playing the Kapalua Plantation Course.
The course is huge. You can land a plane on #18
Almost made a hole in one on number 8.

If he can, he will likely play maybe 3 tournament and then the Masters.
Unfortunately, he is a shadow of his own greatness.
I would not bet against him, but the fields are deeper than ever, and Tiger has a lot of orthopedic issues. He will need good weather and no additional acute injuries during tournament play.

Fricking Justin Rose shoots the round of the week (61) -12, and nary a shot shown. Kiser was okay. Glad they jettison Zinger, but I liked Gary Koch.

I wasn't talking Tiger coverage but how about the last birdie he made on 9, his last hole. NBC has gone done regardless in golf coverage. Used to be number 2 behind CBS. I guess they are still number 2 since Fox dropped out, they goodness.

Kirk’s 5 iron on 17 was a thing of beauty. Love the Kapalua week. Played golf in 40 degree weather on Saturday and watched Hawaii in the afternoon.

Agree and Tiger will likely need a relatively flat course. Walking 4 days seems puts a lot of stress on the leg injured in the auto crash. Of course, I’d like to see him on the leaderboard.

I refuse to watch another tournament on NBC due to the background humming/buzz noise. It’s ridiculous. Drowns out everything else.
