For non-season ticket holders this is probably the best way to get them. They are very strict on reselling tickets over there so there isn’t a good Stubhub type source.

re: Hotel for college kids - SEC Championship ATL - Borgishsmorg on 11/29/22 at 7:59 am I’d put them up somewhere in Midtown as it’s convenient to a lot of the cooler/younger parts of Atlanta while being only a 20 minute walk to the stadium. Prices for hotels aren’t too expensive thanks to UGA being in the game. ... Posted on Travel Board Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0) |
re: To those of you that live/lived in ATL-good place to live? - Borgishsmorg on 11/14/22 at 10:10 am Currently live in Atlanta. If I was you who seems to be looking for a condo, I would live near the Beltline. Hop on there with your dog - plenty of bars, food, etc. Highlands, Midtown, Inman Park, Reynoldstown, Cabbagetown, etc. ... Posted on O-T Lounge Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0) |

re: Croatia - Borgishsmorg on 7/9/22 at 9:59 am Yeah we stayed in Komiza a night and Vis a night as our captain was from there. The blue cave was definitely worth it and was a 10ish minute speed boat ride from Komiza. We thought it was definitely a really cool part of our trip - not sure how much of a detour it would be for y’all (especially if y... Posted on Travel Board Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0) |
re: The BEST movie theater experience you had growing up. (THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE) - Borgishsmorg on 7/8/22 at 9:34 am The Phantom Menace opening day (was 9yrs old). My dad took me to a 6am showing and then checked me into school late. I had grown up watching the OT on repeat so this was an awesome experience seeing Star Wars in a theater.
Now I make sure to take my dad opening night/day to see any of the new St... Posted on Movie/TV Board Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0) |
re: Croatia - Borgishsmorg on 7/8/22 at 9:29 am Yes. Got back from a 7 day catamaran trip a month or so ago. Sail to different islands and anchor - then dinghy into the island or just stay at a marina.
We went through Brac, Hvar, and Vis while over there. (Got the boat out of Split/Trogir)
Drove up to Plitvice- extremely cool and worth the... Posted on Travel Board Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (2) |

re: Enterprise Rent A Car Story - Borgishsmorg on 8/5/21 at 10:13 am I believe it was Enterprise who bought National and Alamo. Still privately and family owned.
Enterprise for off-airport and customer service.
National for corporate traveling.
Alamo for price competitive family rentals. ... Posted on Travel Board Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1) |
re: Trying to find a ps5 - Borgishsmorg on 5/23/21 at 1:08 pm There’s a guy on Twitter named Matt Swider or something close to that. Follow him, and turn on alerts for his tweets. He tweets out when stores release stock and you can follow the link to try and buy one. Took me 2 weeks of following him to land one. ... re: <$50k Midsize Family SUV - Borgishsmorg on 3/27/21 at 11:30 am Mazda CX-9. Drives well, has a ton of great features, looks good inside and out, and you can load it out and be at $40k.
Maintenance should be very reasonable as well. I believe Mazda won 2021 Brand of the Year for Consumer Reports as well. ... Posted on O-T Lounge Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1) |
re: Cable TV shows for toddlers - Borgishsmorg on 3/25/21 at 9:40 am Screen time isn’t really necessary at all for a baby. It the grand scheme of things, it can actually delay development with speech/language/attention span. I would recommend waiting until the kid is a bit older, possibly at least 1 or ideally 2. But to each their own.
My 3 year old loves Bluey, C... Posted on Movie/TV Board Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1) |

re: Whatever you do, do not work for UPS. - Borgishsmorg on 3/17/21 at 12:16 pm I did the same thing. Worked the local sort during college in the evenings. They gave a small scholarship per semester as well, and some nice spending money working 20ish hours per week.
I liked everyone I worked with and had no problems at all. ... Posted on O-T Lounge Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0) |
re: Crazy construction materials news I learned today - Borgishsmorg on 3/2/21 at 10:21 am I honestly don’t think that supply is being controlled. I work for a manufacturer and I think it comes down to short sighted decision making when the pandemic hit. Everyone hit the panic button, decreased production and capacity, and then months later realized oh shite even running at 100% we can’t k...
