well we are going to rent for 6 months first to get a feel for the area. They are covering moving expenses up to 25k and that includes closing, agent commission, and movers. So since we can offer to pay all closing cost, we feel selling our house for a good price for us will be hopefully a short ...

Seems like Evans, Martinez, and possibly North Augusta are the places to be. Thanks for the info. Im guessing that public schools arent great in augusta, may be wrong its just my assumption since noone brought it up. That being said are there any good private schools in the area?...
