5 years from now those of you with all this butt hurt will be calling CEO the best coach in Lsu history. You will say shittee like "at first I was against hiring Coach O but as time went on he won me over." All this whining is glorious for me because I know how wrong you all are. The one I will love the most is Matt on 104.5 because he dug his hole very deep today in all his Catholic High wisdom.

I bet in three years you are going wonder when LSU is going to replace him. His tenure will be just Gerry Dinardo. 8-4, 9-3, and an occasional over achieve 10-2..just like Dinardo I do not see Oregon beating Bama.

He will have a slightly better record than he did at Ole Miss

He will be less than 500 in sec games.

PAC12 schools don't match up well with Alabama, but maybe Oregon can do it.

O was 4 and 2 in the SEC this year.
He has a solid foundation of talent we saw displayed Saturday.

What do you see with the returning players and incoming new OC causing such a regression?

Who do we lose our 5 games to?
Bama always. Who else?

Orgeron was a crap hire. By ANY measure it's a crap hire that indefensible in the part of Alleva. It'll end up costing Alleva his job.

Wait, there's a bright spot.

And with no offense he held Bama to 10 points. Who'se even come close to that?

He was a running back going the wrong way one play away from beating FU,

At some point everyone was better at swimming than Michael Phelps. You can't just nitpick at a brief period of someone's career and use that as an excuse forever. Look, I agree it wasn't the ideal hire, but let's at least give the man the time that every other coach ever is given to make a mark on their team and program. Are you seriously gonna just bitch and moan about this until the dude meets your expectations? Be a fricking man and move on

With someone else's team, scheme and coaches. He's a good recruiter. How do you know he can identify who recruit? How does he recruit for a system he doesn't have? You say he'll let his coaches coach. Bring in good coaches. Outside of Kiffin, who is shady as frick, how do you know he can identify a good coach, much less lure him to BR? If he does, what happens every 2-3 years when those coaches move on?

It's a bad fn hire.

Well, I guess you can say that. Or you could say the great motivator and CEO fielded an unfocused and poorly coached team that should have beat Florida by 3 tds.
