He was a great guy. Met him on a hunting trip to Nebraska this past season. Like Earthmover said, he loved to drive that boat fast. He has gone 102mph in it before. I know he was running it hard when this happened....

I drive a 05' F250 with the coil front suspension like the Jeeps and mine does the same thing. Scares the shite out of me everytime. I have heard only thing that fixes it is put new, prolly more expensive/better, shocks on it along with the steering stabilizer. Ford has always said it was because th...

I figured without a trolling motor, hopefully the wind drifts you or drive it to a spot and put the pole down instead of putting out the anchor everytime... Craps annoying Me personally wouldnt have bought it but its a start for him since he wants to get into fishing somewhere other than the Dive...

re: Question about these Power Poles

He bought it because a friend was selling it cheap and he just wanted another boat I guess. Now he wants to go fishing in it and we are kinda limited to where we can go bc there isnt really a place to put a trolling motor in the front. It is an offshore boat that he wants to use to catch specs wi...

Question about these Power Poles

Posted by Huntorez on 6/26/12 at 11:42 am
The pops recently bought a 26ft Scarab Sportster, center console/offshore type, and we both would prolly do more inshore fishing than offshore. Would a power pole be a good investment since a trolling motor is out of the question?? If so, what size?...
For you who were asking about the Diversion, its about as close to heaven as your going to get. Ive lived out there since '02 and i love the place. Moved out to BR for school and i would love to move back but really cant see myself moving back in with the parents. Weekends are crazy but the weekday ...

We have a 26' Bennington with a 225 Yamaha. By yourself it will run in the 40s but loaded down with 12 people it will still run in the 20s with no problem and doesnt suck as much gas as a small motor. Def buy a the bigger motor. Worth every penny...
