You live on the canal? I've been considering moving out there. What's the price of real estate out there? I currently live in old goodwood.

Yea, we are on our second home out here, love it; but it isn't for everyone. People that move out here fall into two categories, those that can handle the commute and those than can't. If you do a lot of activates in town and will spend a lot of time driving back a forth, this might not be the place. Afternoons on the dock drinking and eating with neighbors makes it feel like vacation daily…

Prices are down and there is some excess inventory, but things are starting to pick up. For the most part you are looking at $300 up, with nicer homes starting around $350. Some homes in the Sanctuary are 2 million. If you are interested one of my neighbors is a realtor that specializes in homes down here. I could get you his info…
