What are everyone’s expectations for PENN?

I’ve accrued a pretty good return so far, but I’m curious how much higher it can go.

My thoughts are that once sports return, it has the potential to increase significantly, even above its previous high.

Right now, it is holding pretty steady at ~$29-29.50.

Thoughts?

For reference, I bought in at $14.11.

I’m not playing with a significant amount either. Really just extra that I had lying around.

Yea, definitely makes sense.

I don’t mess around in the stock market normally.

This is my first real foray into this world that I don’t understand.

I’m kicking myself in the arse about Penn... had the chance at Penn for $10 weeks back and instead went with USO thinking there would be a crawl back with more upside since it was 80% off its highs.

it is highly unlikely it would go back down to 14, unless we get shut down again.

so, you are relatively assured a profit. unless you need that money for something else i'd leave it be.

I think PENN has huge potential, I had some money in at really low price and pussed out for a decent bit of return.

Got back in once I saw it started picking up. But once sports picks back up and gambling picks back up they should be good to go imo

I owned it at $11 and sold around $15 in search of greener pastures and assuming consumer discretionary would continue falling. Now, I own a smaller position at $24 and could run the numbers easily to see my strategy was a mistake, but instead, I’ll just stroke myself over my new 15% return

I got in at $20, rode it down to $10 and back up. I have a sell order at $30, then I'll probably just wait and see what happens. Not a huge position, but I'll take the 50% gains.

I had been trading it and decide to buy a few shares yesterday at $29.00. Wish I would’ve kept what I originally bought at $12. Got more money into MGM at the moment.

Kind of considering taking my PENN money and moving it to MGM.

The big growth vision is Barstool Sportsbook, online gambling coupled with the in person casino sportsbook. Get the young barstool "Stoolie" gambling through the platform and hopefully going to the casinos for the "barstool experience". They are hiring for this here in Philly.

In how many big cities though is an in person casino legal?
I’m not sure a sports book only casino is going to get the kind of volume that can justify the overhead

certainly I could be wrong

How high can it go? I don’t watch other casino stocks but can a casino stock get up into the 40s??

Long time lurker , when it went under $4 I figured it was going to $0; so held off.

Kicking myself daily

I think the initial plan is to build out a barstool sports book area within their existing infrastructure where possible. From there they will mimic the fanduel meadowlands bar/sports book concept

I bought a 5/26 call at $19 strike about two weeks ago when it was 17 dollars a share. I sold it when it hit 22. Really kicking myself, it’s worth bout a thousand more dollars right now.
