re: Member Car Loan offering to Refinance - jp90
I currently have 45 payments left financed at 3.24% the offer is to extend me out to 54 months(which the letter said is negotiable) at 2.89%. Also no payments for 3 months and add in the gift card which obviously doesn't mean much. If my simple math is correct their offer comes out to paying almost ...

Member Car Loan offering to Refinance - jp90
So i got a letter in the mail from Carter Federal Credit Union in Bossier City saying I have been pre-approved to refinance my truck at a lower rate, no payments for 90 days, and a $100 visa gift card. So naturally I'm thinking it sounds too good to be true and also not sure how easy of a process th...

Need help with HBOGO not working on Samsung Smart Tv - jp90

Please try again later" I've tried deleting the hbo go app to reinstall it, but it doesn't appear that I can even uninstall it for some reason...

re: College savings - what if child doesn't attend college? - jp90
While I don't regard the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" as the bible, I do hold its message as a pretty valid one. Being that if you are brought up to be financially literate whether that's through parenting or high school courses...college becomes irrelevant....

What kind of loans do people usually take out on a small parcels of land? When it comes time to build a house, does it stay 2 separate loans or do they at some point need to be refinanced and combined? Any general info on this process would help ...

re: Need Recs for New Office Printer - jp90
It will be split only between me and another guy on most occastions. I guess what I would call high volume compared to a normal size office would be different. I basically just want something that can handle more than you basic home printers but not quite as much as a larger Xerox or similar machine...

American Express Rewards Cards - jp90
Out of the Blue Cash Everyday, Premier Rewards Gold, or Everyday Preferred which would you guys prefer? Major drawbacks that anyone has experienced with these? re: New Tire Recs - jp90
That clears things up tremendously, thank you sir  Think I'm leaning with the 275/60/20 as stated earlier. I like the idea that it would ever so slightly make my truck look higher than it currently does and the price point I'm seeing is desirable as well...
