So we dump on Max Johnson all season, then he transfers, now people take it personal?

Lol they’re bipolar. Like did people want him to start again next year? He’s a mediocre QB.

Most people don’t realize the crap CFB players take. They’re kids treated like adults with all the attendant expectations. It’s a shame.

Not me. I’m perfectly fine not having Max Johnson on this roster. Wish the best for the young man.

Not gonna lie I was talking shite on him before the final drive in the A&M game. I didn’t think he had the chest to pull it off but he did. Respected him massively after that. Wish he would stay.

Think most people just wanted his brother at tight end.

I also think people learned to love max's toughness

I dumped on him, and also couldn’t care less about his new departure. Best of luck to him

i appreciate what he did for us, but i’m not overlooking his clear flaws for one play.

No but he could’ve stayed for the bowl game and not made his underclassmen teammate likely have to burn his redshirt that him and his family clearly care about

Ah yes, the crap they take. Like $50,000 NIL deals, free everything. Being worshipped like celebrities. Man, I really feel bad for how hard players like Max had it.

I’m not crapping on him..and I think our coaching was a big problem..but I’m not gonna lose sleep over a guy who thought he had all day to throw the ball when he knew damned well his OL sucked
