If they keep shutting down the schools parish wide for what has been 2 days a week due to weather, there is no way that the school board wont add days to the end of the semester. And it will be more than taking away one half day if this weather pattern continues. ...

They better not be! They're going to have a record number of kids fail these new common core standardized tests. They were off 3 weeks for Christmas and with all these "snow outs" the kids wont be ready for these new tests. I have been told that the test dates will remain the same no matter what...
