i was down 55% from the high because i kept buyiong and selling all the wway down. but when the dow hit 6500 i was loaded up with commaties.
nat gas , oil, oil trust, oil and gas pipelines, ford and copper. now i am only down 16% and it going up most every day...

is this a good deal.
pbt pays 15.7% annually but paid on a monthly basis.
margin costs 8% with my broker. the dividend pay the cost of the margin and leaves 7.7% monthly profit.
am i not seeing this clearly?...
how low can de go???????

i bought a new 08 dodge longhorn edition quad cab
for 20,300 out the door. the msrp was 32,700 plus sales tax and dealer fees.
i felt i got an awesome deal
gets about 18.2 mpg so far....

if you dont qualify then you dont deserve to buy a home. thats one of the reasons we are in this mess now.
if you dont qualify do things to increase your income and decrease your outgo. hell i worked an extra job or 2 til i was nearly 50, but i'm set for the rest of my life now.

since you dont have any debt , you can buy a house 3 times as big as the one you bought then because the prices have come down quite a bit.

i think if we had done that 50 years ago it would be fine. the country grew too fast on credit and thats why we are where we are at now. in the toilet with all the credit that the usa owes.
why is growing bigger always the solution. i like small towns with small businesses....
i just bought 25 shares of chk.
gonna add to holding in 25 share increments
