If you’re in the BR area, I’d say that’s a little high. I’ve got 2300 sq ft and just had a new 3 stage, 4 ton, 16 seer unit installed for just under $10k, and even then I felt it was a little high considering the unit is probably around $4k....

re: Who the F steals bees/beehives?
Don't bees swarm where they form a docile ball of bees on a tree or something when they decide to leave a hive and start fresh somewhere else? I seem to remember hearing something about beekeeping ethics when it came to catching your neighbor's swarm and whether you should return the bees or...
I do. And I plan on teaching it to my 14 children, too....
I had a swarm in my BBQ pit this weekend. I didn’t know anything about beekeeping, so I’m not sure if I did the right thing or not. I didn’t know if they were looking for a home or thought they had found one. Anyway, a local feed store had bee boxes, so I bought one and transferred them a little at ...
Bombtrack by Rage Against the Machine. I’d go so far as to say that it’s one of the best debut albums of the past 50 years. Nearly every track is great....

I’ve always liked Hopper. Take a look at Charles Sheeler. He reminds me of Hopper, but less emotion. I also like some of Demuth’s stuff....
Anyway, he saw us and come in low and three hours later, a big fat PBY comes down and start to pick us up. Y'know, that was the time I was most frightened, waitin' for my turn. I'll never put on a life jacket again.
...

See, this woman is a pro. She knew that she would catch criminal charges for all of that, but she also knew that if she threw in a little masturbation in front of the cops, then this whole thing gets chalked up to a psych issue and she gets off easy, if you’ll pardon the pun....

Right there with you, buddy. I feel like in order to enjoy it, you had to be steeped in the Arthurian legend. Or be really, really high. ...

Great show. We’ve watched both seasons of the American and Australian versions. Really makes you feel for these people and realize how alike we all are, how we all have the same needs. I highly recommend Down for Love as well. Another great show. ...
Pilot VBall RT, end of discussion. Cheap and takes refills. Fine point for bold lines. I’m partial to the XFine. Crisp, thinner lines....

Very nice! You did an Italian fighter some time back that had the same rearward-located cockpit. I tried to look up info on why they were like that, but couldn’t find any reason. I suspect it had to do with engine length, but I’m not sure. The planes of that era were just special. Prop driven ...
Archie Bunker one the most iconic TV characters was his creation.
Ehh, not entirely true. All in the Family was based off of a British show called Til Death Us Do Part. Still a great show and character. Also, look into the origin of Three’s Company....
Anecdotal, so take it for what it’s worth, but my brother has a ‘21 Tahoe that’s doing the same thing. He said the dealership says they’re instructed to replace the gear oil in the rear end twice, then if it still makes the noise, replace the rear end. They just tried with the oil for the second tim...

I’ve got a Tikka T3x CTR that fits most of your requirements. 16” threaded barrel. .308. Quality gun. Around $1k. I wasn’t a fan of the stock, but you can get an aftermarket one. Bell and Carlson makes a drop-in stock for the CTR for under $500. KRG does as well. Still puts you under budget. ...
