I have seen the reports stating that LSU is not gonna get Riley. I am still hearing LSU is. And should be the favorite to land him at this point.
These are tactics as I have mentioned here and here of the OU side trying to derail things. Latest is OU is not gonna give Riley what LSU offered at this time. But will give him a pay raise, just less then what LSU is offering.
At this point in time I am still predicting Riley to LSU. Woodward and Riley had an agreement late 2 nights ago. I don’t see it changing unless OU matches exactly or more then what LSU offering.
I’m pretty confident TBL is hearing the same at this time as well.

Any idea on how long this process will take? Obviously they are not going to announce it until the end of the season but ya know what Im saying.

I imagine they will but it's probably other incentives as well. Maybe coordinator and asst coaching salaries and more autonomy, recruiting budget etc. a lot of shite and variables.
