It’s a good gig, but ND was topped out. They’ll never win a Natty. Plus, I’m sure LSU has rolled out the $$$.

He could have gone another 10 years with his 10+ win seasons, occasional playoff runs and no NC wins.
This absolute brass-balled madman decided to hop into the SEC West, go toe-to-toe with Saban every year, against Jimbo, Florida and Auburn every year, and probably face Kirby Smart and Georgia every year ... until he gets fired, retires or dies.
You can't get LSU DL talent at Notre Dame, and he could never win a NC as a result.
It's also worth pointing out -- this move solidifies LSU as the top-5 type program everyone on this board secretly worried it wasn't.
