I'm guessing Catelyn Stark. The TV show killed her off, but in the books she becomes Lady Stoneheart. Basically a zombie hellbent on revenge. http://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Catelyn_Stark#Lady_Stoneheart ...
Chinese cuisine is very much lacking in Lafayette. You need to slide over a cuisine and order take out from Bankok Thai, Saigon Noodles, etc.
Our Thai is good. Or Vietnamese is good, but sorely lackign a decent Bahn Mi. (Blue Basil only has one as an app, and the meat sucks) ...
I like Ghost and I love boiled crawfish. The two should never meet. It's a horrible pairing. Boiled crawfish is the only time it's acceptable for a beersnob to drink a Bud Lite....

Reading the laws, there's a bunch of dumb stuff in there.. http://www.atc.rev.state.la.us/docs/law%20book.pdf For example, at the bottom of page 92, you can't sell beer if you are a donut shop. That seems oddly specific. I wonder who pissed who off to get that in there....

If you think BR has it bad with Crescent Crown, you should hear the guys here in Lafayette. Ya'll may get 2 month old stuff, but we get NOTHING. Last batch of Grace and Grit, Lafayette was supposed to get 5 cases, total. CCD salesman just gave it all to one account in BR and called it a day. Lafa...
I can't wait for Drago's either, but I keep hearing they are having trouble with a location.
I heard they gave up on Lafayette completely and opted instead on focusing on Baton Rouge or Lake Charles....

Echoing the good but not great sentiment. Their flavored offerings, like Moo-Hoo, Liquid Bliss, etc, taste too artificial. However their IPAs are decent. But not great. I'm sure they do one-off small batch stuff that's great, but we never get any of that her in Louisiana. ...
Lafayette area: BJ's in Broussard - Declining food quality, cash only business. Was served rancid mayo on shrimp poboy once, another time there were hard fried doughballs in the poboy. Cash only makes it easier to pass up. Golden Panda - Ate there twice, got food poisioning twice. Fat Pat'...

They sell them at every World Market. There's a caramel, honey, and syrup variety. They're great if you rest one across the top of your cup of coffee and let the steam heat up the caramel inside. Very nice....
Lousianna is crazy as shite too, the surveyors just couldn't understand anything they said.
No, the surveyors started counting and just gave up because everyone is crazy. There is basically zero mental health diagnosis or support here in LA. Now, I'm not saying we're "Arkansas crazy...
Who would do this Maybe never buy it again but to pour it out?
Life is too short to drink bad beer. Got plenty more good ones in the fridge....
The first batch of Parish's Farmhouse IPA.
I had that too! It was the first beer that drain poured itself. I've never seen anything like that before or since. I popped the top and 75% of the bottle gushed out. Because of that, I've never bought another Farmhouse IPA. I've had it ...
We've all had beers that were too bad to drink. What was the last one that you drain poured rather than drinking? Try not to include beers that had problems like infection or oxidation or being skunked. For me, it was Arrogant Bastard's Punishment. The spiciness didn't work at all and there was n...
everything that abita brews is fine, well above the macro brews in quality & taste, are readily available without cloak & dagger machinations and are priced right
This is spot on. Abita is the Target of the beer world. Like Target is better than WalMart, but not as good as botiqu...
