London GFA entry is only for UK residents. To qualify for London as a non resident, men need a sub 2:40. It’s tough.
Even going this route you’ll need to find a way to join a UK club team....

You don’t have any aerobic fitness.
Slow down and run more. Increase your miles <10% each week to prevent injury....

Ankle replacements have greatly improved over the last decade and at your age you could be a good candidate.
I would highly recommend finding a foot and ankle fellowship trained Ortho surgeon in your area who does fusions AND replacements. A good majority of these specialists will have experience...

Speed 2 was a great tempo shoe. Speed 3 is a nice shoe but more of an everyday trainer that still has some good versatility. I wouldn’t want to wear them for a 5/10k race.

That charter flight will cost you a fortune. SBH airport closes at sunset so as great as St Barth is it wouldn’t be worth it as a day trip....
