What to do in Austin, TX?

Never been to Austin, Texas before, and I'm going for the first this weekend for like a couple nights. Anyone have any suggestions for what I should do in the city and where to go? Any input would be great.

I would say hiking the greenbelt or something else like that, but it looks like it's going to be real HOT. We're doing Canyon Lake for the weekend. We did Austin for anniversary last year and enjoyed going to lake travis and visiting oasis brewing company.

I'll be staying in Canyon Lake and tubing the river while getting blasted, then going to whatever concert is out there. First time.
