Would you give up the headphone jack to have stereo sound from your phone?

Sure, the only thing I use it for is occasionally listening to FM radio. Otherwise, I'm rocking BT headphones.

I still have some speakers at home with no bluetooth. 1 Bose and a Boston Acoustics.

If you don't mind a little quality loss they make adapters for that.

Seems this is going to be a yes, so I ask, how often do people listen to music without using a speaker? Or, is this for use as a speaker phone?

Almost all of the time at work so 30-35+ hours a week. I don't usually listen to music at home during the week but will on the weekends and I just bluetooth to my soundbar if we're inside or portable radio if we're outside.

I use the phone speakers only when I'm fishing and I forget my BT speaker or the battery on the speaker goes dead.

No. I never use my phone speakers unless I'm somewhere outside of my house or car and don't have headphones. I use casting in house and BT in the car. In the gym, I have wired headphones. I don't like remembering to charge my headphones .

Was reading about this... dumb move. You lose sound quality with BT headphones. I'm sure they'll make a ton of money on an adapter though... such bullshite

I enjoy having both a headphone jack and stereo speakers.

I don't know, or even care, if my 920 dual speakers were stereo, but I liked them better than the single one on my 950. For music anyway. For speaker phone, this 950 blows the 920 away.

Depends. Will there be another option still for corded headphones? Wish I could use my BT headphones on the plane but cannot.
