I'm having a serious problem with keeping up with everything I need to keep up with. How are you guys doing it?

In the past I've been good about keeping up with everything but I am starting to overextend myself and really need to me more organized to keep up.

Thoughts?

I sometimes use Google Keep for something specific, but pretty rarely

I used to use EverNote for notes, but am now fully OneNote

Google Keep for my biweekly staff meetings. OneNote and/or Excel for detailed notes about projects.

Google calendar. You can set reminder notifications for scheduled events and task lists

I've been using Basecamp. It's handy if you work on teams at all.

I still also use a notebook/moleskine & make lists for myself as things come in. If I don't write something down or take immediate action, it'll slip through the cracks.

When I get really busy I build out multiple lists on a OneNote page. I use Google Tasks for casual things.

Trello+Google Calendar

Trello for the 5,000 ft. view (and shopping lists, recipes, an a whole bunch of other stuff), Google Calendar for the scheduling.

The integration is great and I augment it with Slack, Google Drive and a few other tools. Keeps both my work and my home life fairly organized.

Business calendar 2. Find the layout much nicer than Google Calendar

I use Wunderlist as a good basic to-do list for work tasks, bill payments, and grocery lists. Easy to use and has a widget for iPhone as well.
