Externally, the Nexus 5x may have less bezel area than the Pixel 2. That thing is fugly. Plus no expandable storage, no headphone jack, and it lacks Gigabit speed capability.

i thought the pixel2 looked really nice.
i can't belive people are still fussing about expandable storage
i cant imagine having anything permanent on my phone that requires more than 32GB...16GB even.

Does anyone know how android OS works with the 2016 Yukon? I love the Apple CarPlay it currently has, but this pixel has me intrigued.

I wonder how many people we could find defending no headphone jack now that bitched at Apple for doing it. I still miss my headphone jack and having to keep an adapter with you is a pain in the arse.

I am disappointed about the headphone jack. I have some Bluetooth headphones, but I use some wired ones when I do yardwork and I have a square reader. Also have a aux cord for music on my boat. The dongle will just be another thing to keep up with.
As far as the storage, ive never had a phone over 32 gb, and I have never really come close to filling it. I keep all my music, around 800 songs on my device. Right now on my s6 active I have around 9 gb free still.
I was going back and forth between the Moto x4 and the pixel 2 since I am switching to Google fi. I just think the glass back and raised camera on the x4 would get broken pretty quick if I bought it. I've got kids and my phone gets dropped a good bit.

Got that too but my phone is rooted to a pixel ROM so they think my phone is a pixel even though it's a Nexus 5x. Think they'll know if I turn it in?

Just preordered the Pixel 2 and plan on switching from ATT to Verizon. Have been using the Samsung Galaxys for the past 5 or so years. Hopefully this phone is worth the switch.
