I'm in the market for a new mattress. Anyone have any experience with the eight sleep?

Looks pretty interesting

damn, those look like 1/2 the price of the other guys. Are they really that good, or just cheapo pos?

Interesting. I just ordered a Ghost Bed that is supposed to get here in the next few days. If it doesn't work out I may return it and try that.

Seems like useless data to me.

Yeah, I def have my reservations on it, which is why I came here. I'm worried the "smart mattress" deal could mean a detraction to the comfort/quality level of the actual mattress.

Which model sleep innovation you have? I ran through the find your fit and I got either the

Taylor 12" or the Shiloh 12"

I bought a sleep innovations on the recommendations of this board some 5 or so years ago. Slept so well that when I moved out and had to downsize I bought the exact same one in a queen.

be warned, the 12'' mattress is kind of stiff and I was scared when I first bought it. I think it's maybe the 10 that is a bit squishier due to the way the support and memory foam is laid out. All that said, I sleep great on it.

I have the Shiloh

I came close to getting the Ghost Bed, but wound up getting the Purple Mattress. That was about 3 months ago...Love the Purple.

Here's my problem. Every single person seems to have a different brand and they all love them. I guess it's a can't go wrong situation, but I'm skeptical

Customer satisfaction on all the internet foam mattresses are exceedingly high, well over normal mattress companies. It doesn't sound like any of them are bad.

I was wondering about the purple mattress, that egg test advertisement was intriguing

After reading this thread and seeing the Sleep Innovations mentioned in here I'm wondering about that one myself now. They are half the price as the others I've been looking at. And you could always add the Eight Sleeper Cover to it and still come out about the same as a Casper and still get all the sleep monitoring stuff.
I've been reading up on these "beds in a box" for a little while now and was planning on the Casper myself. They all seem to have an inordinate amount of possative reviews regardless of brand. And the 100 day guarantee or they pick it up for free is to good to pass up. I'd like to hear more about the Sleep Inovations as the price seems to almost be to good to be true.

I think I'm just going to get the sleep innovations and then possibly add the eight sleep topper later on

Helix is the one I am real interested to see someone get. I like the personalize to what you want because I like a really plush bed.

Ive got a Leesa and love it. Great thing is with all these brands you can try them out and if you dont like them you got 100 days to return them.
