This is over... What a cluster frick of a match...

I thought Stevie's red was a little harsh, but that would be hopeful... I can't really argue with the red...

Jones could have been sent off, but it was borderline.. Again, hopeful..

Bottom line is,nether were the better side today... Gonna be a tough hole to dig out of...

I would rather pack it in as soon as top 4 is done - which isn't yet but isn't looking good. I want nothing to do with Europa. Lose FA, lose a few matches to fall further down the table.

I am one of the biggest Stevie G fans. He's the reason I follow liverpool. I have his jersey for every season since the 2005 season when I fell in love with him and this team but what he did today is inexcusable. That was such a selfish thing to do in your last ever manu vs Liverpool match. That red card to me was his sending off. I honestly think he shouldn't play another match until the last home game when he can get another chance at a proper send off. I am disgusted that he would do that when we are challenging for fourth knowing that a stomp would almost always grant a straight red. Just disgusted by his actions

If nothing else, glad to see the guys not lay down for those bastards... Could've gotten ugly...

Absolutely deserved, I can't believe he lost it like that. Our guys played their guts out but that first half was awful. We should learn from last year this thing isn't over yet.

And completely stupid and unnecessary. He was barely going to be touched by the challenge.

If we can repeat our form after the earlier loss at OT it will come down to the last day. Arsenal is a must win now.

Sad last 10 months for Stevie. Gutted for him but totally deserving of that red.

As much as I hate to say it, I'll be glad to see him leave this summer, he's honestly been the 800 lb gorilla this year, he hasn't played that well, and I feel like he's been a distraction at times... He's a club legend no doubt, but it's time

frick man. Stevie earned it. I get he was. Right on to add a physical presence to the midfield, we were getting pushed around. But come on. That's bush league shite. it's going to be tough to come back from this. Gotta hope Manu drops points.

I am actually glad Stevie boot-stomped that turd. Should have stomped the first one that took him out and crossed his legs. To hell with them.
