So you would take a soon-to-be 36-year-old coming off a catastrophic knee injury over the prolific 24-year-old who hasn't even entered his prime yet?

ETA:

Zlatan is a Manchester United player still btw

probably. zlatan can occupy more of the oposition to allow other players oportunities. Kane is a poacher. i guess it depends on if your asking building an attack around one or the other and who else you have on the team.

Yea, this is a terrible hot take. Kane is better than Muller and it's not really close

I'd love Kane in Liverpool's side.

He, Lukakku, Aguero and Morata (thus far) are clearly the best 4 out and out strikers in the EPL, with Lacazette and Gabby Jesus yet to prove themselves (though I'm sure they will).

Kane's awesome. He poaches, yes, but he has also scored some absolute golazos from all around the box. He's legit.

I didn't think he was much when he first came on the scene... He didn't really seem to excel at anything... I figured he'd be found out soon enough...

Welp... I have to eat my words.. His game still isn't really aesthetically pleasing to me, but the fricker knows how to find the back of the net... top player!

I can't find the article now but it basically nailed Kane's style of play. He just takes the most direct path to the goal and doesn't really think about it. His brain shuts off and he's just reacting with the ball at his feet or in the air. One instance was highlighted where Kane takes a quick turn and beats the keeper near post with his left foot. The article points out that most strikers would try to get the ball onto their stronger foot to get a shot off, but Kane just takes the most direct path to goal, limiting a defenders abilities to stop him. Harry Kane = Occam's razor. The fricker is just going to smash it on target and it catches defenders and keepers off guard because he's not always in an optimal position to do so- or what would generally be considered optimal compared to other forwards
