I'm currently seeing a lot less stupid transfer. I had 3 really bad ones in season 1, but in every transfer window since, it's been good.
That's good to know. I'm just about to start my third season at Watford.
I'm tempted to do a Road to Glory with a League Two team (Portsmouth, anyone?) or jump over the Bundesliga with a second division side like FCK. I want to see if the new updates have fixed any of that.

It's been a lot of fun. Ironically enough, Portsmouth has been getting promoted with me. They're in the Championship after 2 seasons. They're in like 20 near the halfway point, so I just hope they can stay up.

Starting my managerial career with Portsmouth (as I did in FIFA15). Hoping I can get them back to the EPL again and NOT get sacked this time.

I did same this week. I picked them because they have a real stadium in the game

I'm starting to get a little greedy. I've just requested more funds at the end of the window and promised automatic promotion. I don't think I'll get it, but Vitesse is going to sell me Isaiah Brown for 900k!! Worth trying to throw all the dice.

Just got the Ecuador job in my first year with Bastia. I have the Corsicans pushing for a European spot and already turned down Canada. Only problem, Ecuador has played 4 games before my hiring and lost each one with 3 goals for and 11 against.

If you're on a tight budget, scout Sweden. I've found some real good players like this.
Alhaji Kamara
Dat pace, strength, and aggression.
He was less than 2 million and 5K wages. I haven't found the next Ibra yet, but just a suggestion.

Started the Portsmouth career this week. Got blasted 2-0 in my first match, drew 1-1 and then won the third one 3-0. Life in League Two is gonna be lit.
Used my transfer budget to buy some solid young wing backs for my 3-2-2-3 formation and Jonsen Clarke-Harris at striker. The dude is a machine.

Who'd you bring in?
Hewitt at Notts County is good. Rico Henry from Walsall as well. I currently am trying out Chilwell on loan from Leichester.

Got him, and Daniel Leadbitter at RB from Bristol Rovers. Leadbitter is 6'4" with a 90 in sprint speed. His defense and dribbling are meh, but I can develop those in training. He's a runaway train in the open field.
I have a high potential RB in my system, too, that I can develop behind Leadbitter.

he sucks in this years fifa

He's doing alright for me. He doesn't have great control, but it's good enough for level of competition and the wingers I'm going up against.

Maybe. I like experimenting with different kinds of formations, The standard 4-2-3-1 or the 4-3-3 get old.

How does that one even work?
