Looks like Ramsey will get a rest. Strong team and I think it is the right team.

Sure hope Coq is healthy enough to go.

He's probably not one to say "no" if asked if he could play. He and Sanchez would probably both play with a broken leg.

There is some serious pace on that team. We will see if we can use it because I expect a full parking of the bus.

With this set up I would be ok goading them to attack and then countering with all that speed.

My soccer app is telling me it's a 4-3-3. Is that right?

Well our champions league campaign has already gone down in flames. That didn't take long.

Having to get a result against Bayern is a very scary thought. Our only hope is that Zagreb and Olympiacos tie each other.

I just have very low expectations for our CL hopes anyway. With Bayern, Barca, Real, PSG, we're not a top 4 European team (though apparently we're not a top three team in our group), so I could really give a frick about CL. A quarterfinal or semifinal run would've been fun, but there's a realistic shot at the league in a year where the Prem is going to be a dog fight.

I think Per has more than proven he's past it. Was solely responsible for the first at Leicester, did nothing on the second, and was a liability once again today, particularly on the third.

I'm okay with the rest of the team. Ospina shouldn't be playing, and really should've been off this summer with Scez kept as backup. That's on Wenger. Gibbs isn't good as Monreal but he's good enough.

I'd prefer to finish second in the group so as to make for more interesting matches later in the season, and 2nd is still within grasp.

The sad thing is we could get four matches into group play and have zero points to show for it.

So Arsenal will probably have 0 points after 4 CL games.

We have actually played the big boys pretty well in group. It wouldn't surprise me at all to win one of the matches against Bayern and then finish second.

As far as the league goes, the EPL is down and whoever is hot at the end is going to win. Won't shock me at all if we beat ManU on Sunday.

Come on man, FIFA 16 tells me he's the best CB in the prem. Surely that counts for something

He is a great guy, but his career is rapidly reaching the end. He just doesn't have it in the tank anymore.

sorry to break it to you, no elite teams in the EPL rt now. And it will be a three team race, Arsenal and both Manchester teams. I'm just pointing out how bad English teams are rt now.

3rd puts Arsenal in Europa. That might be more of their cup of tea. Or just say eff it and save the players for the league and fa cup.
