side note: can we sign Own Goal?

I haz the faith. We aren't attacking well at all and we're only 5 points out.
I still feel good. Once Welbz and Wilshere (please) come back, we'll be rockin'.

Just watched the game.
What a hilarious result.
If Flam could play like that all the time, he'd be an excellent option for spelling Coquelin. If anything his biggest problem is that he holds onto the ball too much, and tries to tell everyone what to do without doing things himself. This game he was quick and short with his passing, he offered an outlet for Arteta when he was in trouble, and moved play side to side as well as supporting the attack.
For me the real stars of this game were Kieran Gibbs and Aaron Ramsey. Gibbs played excellently, especially in comparison to Debuchy, who for some odd reason kept getting caught inside marking no one in particular. Gibbs/Monreal has always been a wash for me. We've never had two LB's this good at the same time, even when we had young Clichy and pre world class Cole.
Ramsey was spectacular. God I wish we could show games from 2012 to highlight the difference from Ramsey then and now. The throughball to Gibbs was excellent, the through ball to Sanchez should of resulted in a goal, the little chipped pass that was just a hair to long for the molasses slow Giroud was brilliant invention, and my favorite pass of his was that little reverse pass to Giroud, where he also should have scored.
We looked good though Tottenham seemed to lack ideas for the most part. Still not convinced by Wenger's principles so far. We need something more from the tactical level, whether it be more even pressing, false pressing, different spacing and positioning, or complete and utter commitment to the low block.

At this point I would just take anyone who could put goals in the back of the net. We produce so many chances and it doesn't mean shite because we can't finish them.

That would help a bunch, but I think the structural problems of the team still exist, and have existed. And while Wenger is excellent at imparting his teams to play and employ the exact tactical system he wants, there are nuances I wish we would employ, because I don't think Wenger is as naive as he appears to be at times.

How is Arsenal only 5 points off the top? Lose at home to WHU, what a joke. Lose that Chelsea shite show, that should have been at worse a draw. That is 4 points and only one out of first place. We are going to win the league. I fricking know it.

Hell we should have beaten Liverpool too

We need city to have an epic injury crisis and Manchester to start slumping if we are to win it this year. Still not confident we have the personnel to do so. Not enough clinical finishers. Hoping Alexis turns it on soon though.

Yea if Wenger doesn't start Arteta. Which he probably will. I wouldn't mind seeing a Ramsey/Cazorla pivot but Flamini seems inspired by the doubters and wants to prove them wrong. Nothing wrong going with the form player.
