It'd make my FIFA CM more realistic. Reus all the way
Maybe he'll be our big summer signing this year.

I would rather see him go to Bayern since i am support them but I just don't want him to go to Real, Chelsea, or Man City. I am okay with Arsenal or Liverpool.

If Coquelin continues on his path, no chance is Schneiderlin on the table.
Reus is a game changer when healthy.
What an incredible weekend. Gooner Gras, 5-0, SH loses, 6 goals in GD made up and equal on points in the table.

Closing the gap on GD today was huuuuuge. I wonder if glass still loves this team. Oh and sucks I missed gooner gras, really wanted to make it this year. Recovering from some mouth surgery.

That assist from Ozil was unfricking real.

He's not really playing the no. 10, but he's moving into the space. He's playing way deeper. For example, he rarely receives the ball with his back toward goal, not that would be a problem since he's one of the most amazing dribblers in tight spaces I've ever seen. He might be the best player we've had in the decade or so I've followed Arsenal at keeping the ball in tight spaces.
Bingo.
When we defend and counter, yes, Ozil is on the left. But he's drifting a lot and popping up everywhere. Our attacking three are as fluid as I've seen them.
I also give a ton of credit to Ramsey. He's been so much better positionally, and he's getting his chances in the attack. Coq's play and Santi's work help him, too.
That was a blast to watch, yesterday. There were moments of sheer exhilaration.

I look at Santi and I'm amazed that he didn't play for Barca or Real. He's a much more versatile player than Silva and Mata, who are arguably better AM's than he is, but are both one-footed and aren't very good defensively. In that one season where all of them played behind the striker (I think it was 2012-2013), Mata and Cazorla had nearly identical stats. This year no one compares to Fabregas, but god damn Santi is on another level even with Fabregas in terms of holding onto the ball. There is literally no body position which catches Santi out. Fabregas along with a few others, including Ozil, are on another level in terms of the final ball, but god damn, Santi's versatility has helped us so much during this injury ravaged period. And he's only 30, and considering the physical aspect of his game is pretty unimportant, he should be in line to be the new Rosicky (old guy who does the exact thing you need him to) for the next half decade.

So now that we're almost completely healthy in the attack, what does our first XI look like?
My take:
----------Ospina-----------
Bellerin-Per-Kosc-Gibbsreal
-----------Coq-------------
----Ramsey-----Santi-------
Alexis--------------Ozil
-------Giroud--------------
Two deep:
GK: Ospina, Sczesney
RB: Bellerin, Chambers...Bellerin is quicker, better in attack, improving defensively
RCB: Per, Chambers
LCB: Kosc, Gabriel
LB: Monreal, Gibbs (not sure who comes first)
DM: Coq, Flamini
B2B: Ramsey, Rosicky OR Ox
CM: Santi, Rosicky OR Ox
LW: Ozil, Ox
CF: Giroud, Welbeck
RW: Alexis, Theo, Ox
I think Theo is still just outside the first 11, but his runs are so dynamic. He can be an impact sub.
Obviously the versatility of guys like Ox, Rosicky, even Santi changes some things.
A crowded fixture schedule and our depth should lead to tons of rotation.

Been out for a while, won't be back in full training for another week or so.
Welbeck is supposed to be back this week. Ox close but unlikely for Sp*rs.

Also, in case anyone else was wondering about Ozil's celebration yesterday. For his niece.

The difference in the team with Coquelin has been remarkable. Having Koscielny back has been huge as well.
I have a feeling if we stay healthy, Arsenal can go deeper in the UCL than most people think.
