I feel like she will run in 2020. Had she won, she certainly would have run for reelection.

She doesn't have it in her, and I think after two failed attempts, the Democrat party will look elsewhere and wash themselves of the Clinton machine.
The DNC is broken, and the party is fractured in a huge way. They are in need of some major soul-searching. Clinton is not the answer to that process.

She could croak any day.
She is very frail for 69 years old. She has some pretty bad cognitive problems. If she HAD BEEN asked questions that she didn't already have the answers for, that might have showed up.
And Obama chided her for not being specifically in Iowa enough. Her stamina is very low.
