Yeah those were definitely spontaneous uprisisngs and not powerful groups co-opting popular ressentiment.

Wealth isn't created by giving people jobs that don't produce anything. That's nothing more than creating economic waste. Which destroys wealth. Not created it.

The capital wasted in your "plan" could be put to much more economically productive use rather than wasted on salary for idle work.

I mean your "plan" is the equivalent of paying half the unemployed to dog ditches. Then paying the other half to fill up the ditches.
