I have a few connections with a publisher, so a "Thanks To" section is possible. Email me if you want.

No, not necessarily, but probably. Would the US have the wherewithal to challenge Germany again over the creation of a Jewish, or an Israeli state? How would the founding people of that state get there if they were in a NAZI run and, at the time, peaceful, state.

How is it probable? Given that the scenarios are endless, if the war were to end in a fashion preserving the Nazi state, as you demand as a premise, one of the most realistic options would involve diplomatic successes leading to a peaceful resolution with Britain and France. Thus the US would have zero role in the war or its resolution. Just like most Americans wanted leading up to American entry.

The Germans and Zionists had already worked together in the early 30's to move Jews out of Germany and into Palestine. The Madagascar Plan and others were routinely discussed and viewed as ideal by the Nazis to rid Europe of Jews and in a way in which some Jews may even be enthusiastic about.

A few connections will get me a mention in the "Thanks To" section of your own book? But seriously, good luck with it.

The Third Reich had it been successful in its invasion of the Soviet Union, would have been a very difficult enemy to stop. Now, I still do not think that even in this case they would have achieved global domination. It just strains logistics to much to have resources spread that far and thin. Hitler had plans to invade the US, this was one of the last steps in his master plan. However he was wary of the US industrial strength and size. Most likely the Nazis and the US would have entered a cold war for a few years much like the one we had with the Soviet Union. But you said if they WON. So, in that case I would see a war weary Nazi Germany unable to directly attack the US after its successful campaign in Europe and Asia (Russia). Due to this they would certainly have used the alliance with Japan to attack the US from two fronts (much like what happened to them). The result of this would be a defeated America that was territorially divided for the victors. The Empire of Japan would most likely control the western US while the Third Reich controlled the eastern United States. At that point what is interesting to think about is the possible cold war that might take place between Japan and Germany for the ultimate top spot just like it happened between the US and the Soviet Union. So, the short answer is that a mirror history would have unfolded much like today's history but with different super powers and different ideologies.

A victorious Germany/Hitler would have been far better than what a victorious Russia/Stalin unleashed on the world.

It would not end as far as German occupation and taking over countries. The end goal was one rule and that of Germany. Israel was already underway as my understanding is, in that those folks were migrating to the 'homeland' at the time. With the motivation Hitler had for annihilating the Jews, I doubt he would let it stand.
It would be interesting how historically it played out in that one force, the Germans, were to bring about the end of times, by more or less, forging the path to the Second Coming.
Economically, Germany would have taken all the oil that Africa, the Middle East, Russia, the United States, South America and whatever else they wanted if they had won the war. The world would be run by Germany as they would be in control of those resources. They could control price, production and supply.
The Germans were the first to military technology from the bombs to rockets. The story would have been much different and I believe this technology would have been used much more severally on the world than what has actually transpired in history.

There are numerous alternate history novels written on this very topic. Do a quick google search and you'll find them. Varied premises that will help you with a general starting point.

I do not think I could entertain this notion without taking both Japan and Italy into consideration.

China.. Australia, India, North and South America...

the geopolitical ramifications are interesting to consider
