Said to be around 15-17 billion.... but there is more.

Some.. Trump is meeting with their PM right now. The leak is the trade deal will be 15-17 billion.
In the meeting they will talk about NK.
The angle is simple... Vietnam is an emerging market and they really don't get along with China. China really isn't wanting the competition.

In 2016 the US imported $40B and exported $10B with Vietnam. Trade on both sides have greatly increased over the last few years.
