In a fair and just society, this would be a slam dunk case of election fraud. Those guilty of participating would be arrested and tried. The election would be re-done.
But, we live in an authoritarian state with the illusion of freedom. The Left/WEF/NWO/Uniparty have control of the entire system- from the classroom to the presidency. They control the legal system.
My prediction is that he will give a heartfelt speech about democracy and the integrity of elections, then say that he has no authority to overturn a certified election, no matter what evidence is presented. Then, look for him to be appointed to the Supreme Court in years to come.

So much distrust, suspicion and paranoia in this thread. Chicken littles all. I don't understand the hate and anger you have toward your equal fellow citizens.

Has this sort of thing ever happened? Can the judge legally order another round of voting? I'
Yes.
There is precedent.
I listened yesterday on a rumble thay had a guy commenting periodically. He listed at least 2 cases that elections were overturned. Sorry, I don't recall the cases, I will look

Based upon what I saw in the trial, there is no basis for appeal
The state’s lawyers stepped on their own dicks so much, the judge looked impartial
Do you mean no appeal from the state if lake wins or from either side?
Sounds like they stepped on it so bad that if the judge not going with lake and calling for a new election would seem shady.

Not really. We need to understand that there's a version of the climate change industry and racism industry on our side of the political spectrum. Smaller, less effective, but it absolutely exists and we need to be skeptical/scrutinize it.

I'll take your word. I haven't really researched it myself. Good to hear there is case law. That makes it somewhat of a shorter path to victory for Lake, although there is still a mountain of chit to navigate.
Hobbs is such the white spec on the top of chicken chit. No way she won this election without some real phuckery. She didn't even try, the same as Biden.

See when it comes to things like disenfranchisement…the rare times it happens to the left their appeal is “You on the right should be concerned and on our side with this in principle because the tables can be turned one day.” And inevitably those on the right respond, follow principles and agree largely.
When disenfranchisement happens to the right, as it does a lot now, the right has no appeal because the right knows the left sees the disenfranchisement as a means to an end for more power and are glad it happened.

Arizona already had one gubernatorial election overturned by the courts.
Republican Governor Edward Campbell was declared the winner in December 1917 over Democrat George Hunt nearly one year after the election.

The things that divide the U.S. run far deeper than any surface issues (i.e., the Lake trial) with which we interact.
Make no mistake about it. The overwhelming majority of Americans, far right to far left and everyone in between, do not fully trust the federal government. The fed gov does a great job at keeping the masses distracted with a bunch of minutiae that will never matter in the long run. But the distrust is there, bubbling underneath the surface. And one day they will push too far and this festering wound will burst open and Americans from all walks of life will join together in an unstoppable force that would make our founders proud.
Or, we’ll all be dragged from the comfort of our couches and the only thing to hear our screams is whatever season of The Office is streaming in the background.

Why should she bother trying when she knows it is rigged for her? She can just pocket those campaign donations instead of using them to actually campaign.

Nope. Only this one election. IF by some miracle the judge does the honest thing the vast vast majority of the people will not even know that cheating took place. They will be fed lies that mistakes were made... people were sloppy and the election had to be redone. But the fraud already exposed will not be known by the vast vast majority of the people.

Spot on, I believe it will continue until the ramifications of cheating are so severe… that it makes these election boards think twice and have real doubts about their personal safety.
