I'm just waiting for the verdict to come down. I don't think Kari had anything close to a nefarious plot to keep her out of office. just more questionable math and a lack of proof.

I'm sure the judge will be threatened by some three letter agency in advance of his decision. They'll either plant incriminating evidence on him or his family.

Lake lost by 17,000 votes. Even if the judge rules in her favor, which seems far-fetched imo, that's still...a Herculean wall to climb, to overturn a certified election result of that decisiveness.

I’m not a lawyer so I don’t know the rules of this game so I’ll use common sense stead.
Let’s assume that the bird of proof standard is a preponderance of the evidence. That standard was most certainly met.
Disenfranchisement was systemic and therefore deliberate.
Elections laws were deliberately broken.
Hobbs received an advantage and damage was done to Lake.
The question is what remedies exist in the law at this point? If there is a provision for a “Do over” then that certainly should be the result.

There is precedent in AZ for another election with less proof.
Pray for this judge. He is more than within his rights to order another election. According to a few people on here, he might be appeal proof if he does so.
