this is only supposed to mean in the eyes of the law. it says nothing about the comparison of human-human

Dumb thing to say in a conversation about people's ability to raise children in two-parent homes. Everybody is equally capable of not having kids they can't afford.

Now, you're getting into culture. If having children you cannot afford is 'the norm' in your culture then you are at a distinct disadvantage vis-a-vis someone raised in a culture where the norm is NOT having kids till you can afford them.

My parents did not get married until they were in their 30s. First (and only) marriage for both. No kids. I asked them why so late. Answer...'The Great Depression. People didn't get married till they could afford it. We were dating during the Depression and realized we couldn't get married or have kids till later.'

They were poor and uneducated. But they were from a culture that did not rely on a welfare system to support their children.

Either they're equally capable or they aren't, regardless of culture and regardless of you making it about you and your parents.

They're equally capable.

no 2 persons (outside of certain twins) are equally capable of anything. that's the point of genetics

I can't agree with you since I am not a racist. I will just accept the simple fact that we are all 100% capable of not having children.

wut?

my statement has nothing to do with race whatsoever. it applies to each individual human on earth and has no subjective valuation

No one has argued that point. You keep shifting assertions. Everyone has the capacity to NOT have children. Everyone has the capacity to commit suicide. Everyone has the capacity to take a shite and eat it for dinner. That does not = "All humans are equal."

Correct.

Correct. Rather, the former is predicated by the latter. The fact that all people are equal means that they are equally capable of not having children.

Goes to show you that some people are incapable of having a rational discussion on race. Or any social group without making silly accusations.

Yeah man, you should totally be able to say that blacks are less capable of raising kids than whites and not be labeled a racist. You rank and file Democrats are a hoot!

In their day there was no system to rely on, where today there are multiple government programs to rescue people form their acts of stupidity.
