It isn't the initial act that gets you, it is the cover up and abuse of powers.
While we don't have all the information, it is pretty apparent there is at least a semblance of obstruction of justice.

mueller obviously said something on capital hill today in front of a bunch of senators and staffers. Congress is a leaky sieve on this type of stuff

Trump can order the DAG to fire Mueller and if he resigns just keep going down the chain of command until someone says yes, that's how Nixon tried to stop the Watergate investigation

I've tried to follow this all so please expand on that.
A semblance must be a act and a act of obstruction must be prosecuted so what is a semblance of the evidence that leads you?
