All tax payers and seniors who paid more than 25 Yrs of taxes should vote, along with the legitimately disabled. The voting age should be 21. Passing a test and having ID should be required.

I'll take that job. And I'll do it for free.

No. You shouldn't have been a smoker.

Can you show me where in the Constitution it says this?

Voting is noted as a right at least four times in the constitution (14th, 15th, 19th, and 26th amendments) and backed by a body of case law.

Poors are not people. Poors should be processed into food for other poors.

Its really easy to sit and say who should or who shouldn't. I am not a wealthy person I will without question be depending on this social security check. Another question have I officially joined the ranks of the takers? I would really like someone's opinion. This has been a bitter pill to swallow. I will be putting aside my pride and I don't what's going to happen to my self respect. I apologize I feel like a demon for bringing it up

They're about to point out that we're not a democracy while not addressing the fact that popular voting is, by definition, a democratic process.

Always glib aren't you. You assume that's why he has a lung disease. People get lung diseases and never smoked a day in their life.

There are no poor people in the US. The idea of eating people only occurs in 3rd world countries. But, we will get there some day.

Merriam Webster says:

de·moc·ra·cy noun \di-'mä-kr?-se\
5
: the absence of hereditary or arbitrary class distinctions or privileges

-----

Does our system meet that caveat?

You know the way those definitions work, right? For a word to meet the definition, it needn't meet the criteria of each listed definition. It's an "or", not an "and".

Then this identifies you as a moron, idiot or a relatively smart person who made a WHOLE LOT of stupid decisions in his life. Why is it my responsibility to make up for your mistakes?

So as long as everyone can vote for someone, it is a Democracy?
