He was a tall (6'3"?), freckled red head in his younger days. As he grew older, appeared more blondish than red and grew a little wider like we all do. The Giant Ginger if you will.

That's terrible. I know we argued a lot about a lot of nonsense, but he was a genuine guy and was passionate about his beliefs.
I also know that he did a lot of good for charity and his church. He'll be missed.
