Charles and I traded emails before baseball season started. We discussed him coming to BR and going with me to a home baseball series this season, preferably the Alabama series because, as you said, he loved to hate Alabama. I had sort of forgotten about that exchange.

ETA: He had posted in early March that a friend of his had passed away and we exchanged emails about that. He had a new email address that he was using the most so he gave me his new email address and new cell phone number.

Very sad to hear of his passing. He was fairly young if he went to LSU in the mid-80s.
Seemed like a good guy from his posts. Prayers sent for his family and friends.

Sad news. I only "knew" him via this board, but he seemed like a good guy.
I believe his spirit is in a better place right now, and maybe God will still allow him to watch LSU annihilate that school in Tuscaloosa for years to come.

Really sad news. One point of information please because I really get confused with screen names. Are there two posters...like Los Angeles Tiger and L.A. Tiger?
