Fatlock seems to be a bad lawyer.

Hell, just his appearance should turn off a lot of jurors.

Really poor. His temperament is unsteady. Binger would do okay if he restrained himself and made improvements in his outward demeanor.

The state is trying to enter lesser charges as they know they will not get a murder conviction. Let alone the three he is charged with.

Allowing lesser charges in a case where the jury is being actively threatened should be criminal.

Allowing lesser charges seems like bullshite.

The defense prepared their defense around the original charges.

Why? They spent hours yesterday discussing pixels in a picture....the prosecution has thrown everything they have at this murder charge. I think they honestly think they are going to get him (even though they should not in any universe).

Yeah seems wrong. Then again, I don't think Kyle is guilty of even the lesser charges. I do think the jury might be more inclined to "split the difference" with lesser charges though to protect their own skin. There's no way they can honestly find him guilty of the higher charges. Dishonestly? Anything's possible. We all saw the travesty of justice in the Chauvin trial.

How many times does the Judge need to tell him to get fricked with that charge?

The defense needs to stick to this line. He intended to shoot 4 targets. He hit 3. He was justified in firing every shot.

Die on that hill.

Does this look like a prosecutor that thinks he is winning?

That was when their star witness admitted he pointed his gun at Kyle.
