It sure as hell wasn't put forth to make him look good.
No shite!

In what realm is "white supremacist" a compliment.

I would discourage him from pursuing it. Pelosi is a loon, everybody knows that. I don't think he needs the money, and he definitely doesn't need attorneys digging through everything he's ever said or done looking for bs to justify repeatedly calling him a white supremacist. He already won.

As a practical matter no one wants to spend the money, go through the aggravation, and few things are as aggravating as a suit, only to have more people hear the shitty comments about you.

He won't pursue it because he has everything to lose and nothing to gain.

As I said, discovery would expose and destroy him

Once again different retard, what proof do you have that he's a white supremacist besides the fact that he was the editor of a very popular website?

We'll patiently wait for your "proof".

I love fricking with hostile or otherwise the other side's attorneys when being deposed.

I wonder if there is an attorney on here that took four semesters of tax law that can answer a question I have about employee benefits and deductibility? I don't want to pay unless it's goood, sound legal advice of course.

I'm the furthest thing from hostile. I'm as laid back as they come. You can frick with someone and not be "hostile".

Thanks, I was joking. I know the answer. I'd probably pay you if I needed the advice, and I already have a tax attorney. Not sure about the other guy based on some stuff he has posted about taxation however. Well, actually I am sure.

Weird, weird thread last night. I edited my posts and removed myself from it. Something about health insurance and taking away the employer's tax benefit, or making sure the individual was able to receive the same benefit to even the playing field. I pointed some things out. I don't think they liked it. I got told about four semesters of law school. I've been audited twice, and both times owed no additional tax. I suspect you get what you pay for. And sometime in the case of attorneys, where the 90/10 rule applies bigly just as it does in my profession/business, sometimes you pay $450 an hour becuase someone went to Stanford and don't get what you pay for.
