it went down something like this:
he gets to Chicago and finds out he has to quarantine in a hotel room for 2 weeks.
and by that I mean in a hotel with the door wide open and a Navy guard t the door in hallway.
no TV, no books, no anything.
just sitting in an empty room. door open. questioning every life decision that led him to that point.
day 2 or 3 he's answering a questionnaire and they ask something to the effect of
"How likely are you to hurt yourself: 1-10"
he put 1.
well, because he didn't put 0, he automatically got further questioning.
and he saw this as his way out of that damn room.
so he played the game just right and got sent home.

My family has fought in every single war this nation has been in involved in. From Yorktown in the Revolution, on both sides during the Civil War, to the sand of Iraq and Afghanistan. Every single war, we've been there.

Nope, I’m 55, no kids.
Have 6 nephews in their 20’s though. Can’t imagine them being in the new woke military. I discourage all of them not to join.

I do believe the enlightened indoctrinated progressives who have consistently called for the "Fundamental Transformation" of America and who always vote Groomer should be the cannon fodder for the next US ground war.....they wanted this shite, now go fight for it.

I may not get officially drafted, but i suspect we will have a home front sooner rather than later. Draft status wont matter then.

I mowed this ladies yard in the 70s she was in her 80s and lost close family in WWI, WWII, Korea and Viet Nam.
Her advice was if they draft you to fight someone elses war, don't go. Now I am all about that
