None here. I'm 51 and my 20 year old son won't clear medical. On the spectrum for autism.

McNamara's Folly
If bodies are needed, they'll play all kinds of games to justify their actions. Widening the spectrum wouldn't be very hard.

I just used a chisel on my son's feet.
There is no way I will allow my son to die for these pieces of absolute shite in DC.

This country would have to be REALLY bad off to call back a 72 year old military retiree who recently had a stroke...

They can try. He won't be going anywhere.
Plus he's not gay, so they probably won't even try drafting him.

Done my time.
If the war comes here I’ll definitely pick up a rifle again though.

2 drafts eligible sons.
ok, may not have any actually eligible.
oldest left for Navy boot camp during peak of covid.
didn't handle the quarantine up there (pre-boot camp) very well.
his answers on a mental health question raised more questions.
kid being not a dummy found the smooth middle between too crazy to let in the Navy, but not crazy enough to be committed to an asylum.
sent him home, and not eligible to re-enlist.
youngest is on ADHD meds.
not sure if that's a disqualifier or not.

I am 42, so I shouldn’t be draft eligible by age and the fact that I have diabeetus, but I would be willing to support my country in a support role state side in a SHTF moment.

I’m to old and I’m not gay enough for our “todays”military
