When the global war with Islam truly kicks off, it will be Russia leading the herd.

Say what you want about Putin, but that guy would kill every Muslim alive to preserve his culture and wouldn't lose a second of sleep over it.

Patriot missile systems don't carry nuclear warheads.

I'm wondering how big of an example Putin is going to make in the ME. He's not going to let his ambassador get wacked an not make someone pay for it.

This is the only thing that can save Europe but I'm starting to think it's too late. It's like NOTHING can shake their adherence to suicide by multiculturalism. Shootings, stabbing, rapes, trucks, bombings. Killing priests, kids, terrorizing Jews...it just doesn't matter. Germany let a million Muslims in and the people there haven't done much. Are they just so emasculated from the carnage of WWI and WWII that there's no wil to ever fight again, even for survival?

I'm afraid you're correct. I don't think they have it in them anymore.

No it won't. Russia has more Muslims than the rest of Europe combined. Russian intellectuals (See Gugin) have also suggested that the Moscow-Tehran Axis is the key alliance in thwarting Atlantic regimes. 3 of Russia's closest allies (Iran, Syria and India) have lots of Muslims, with Iran and Syria being Muslim-majority countries, while India has more than 170 million Muslims.

Putin also opened up the Grand Mosque of Moscow, inviting Erdogan and Mahmoud Abbas to its opening. He's also rebuilt Grozny and the relationship with Iran is stronger than it has ever been.

I think this is a fantasy that the American right has about Putin, but the reality is that he will do whatever it takes to keep himself in power.

Are you an HHTM alter? Your posting styles are very similar, make up lying claim then run from thread.

Oh, they do. It has been the people in power that have facilitated the inevitable backlash. Merkel would rather see German citizens die than to crack down on this shite and be seen as a nationalist.

If Merkel et al can silence the right, then the right is already dead.

turkey is part of the European Union just like Germany. If someone invades them they have the Europeans in their back pocket. So yes there is access. The reason the Turkish where let into the union was because it's a buffer to the Middle East.

The ambassador being killed today is a very worrisome thing. When politicians start getting killed wars tend to get started.

If anything, this will be an excuse for Russia to go HAM in Syria. Turkey and Russia will not go to war with each other.

Which is exactly what Turkey wants. It needs support to fight the Kurds. Turkey and Russia aren't interested in a war between each other. Turkey has aims into Northern Iraq as well as quelling any notion of a free Kurdistan. Russia and Iran get unfettered access to the Mediterranean. The funding of terrorism continues because the Sunni's aren't happy and don't want to fight Iran directly.

I think that's a tertiary concern at this point in time. Assad has bigger fish to fry in his backyard.
