The amount of shitty "well the Left was classless so let me hurl some insults" on this board is crazy. "The other side did it" isn't a valid argument.

Also still waiting on anyone to break down why a TRO wasn't warranted here.

Sounds nice and Nixonian. Probably ends the sane way.

pathetic that you're more interested in some kind of partisan revenge than you are the country.

You mean like Valorie Jarrett's comment from 4 years or so ago stating we will revenge ourselves on our enemies.

Delusions? You mean like to ones you are having about you actually publicly disagreeing with the Kenyan Messiah?

Didn't happen! At least not in this forum.

Has anyone here ever seen a post from Drac that actually disagreed with Obama?

What is your reason for wanting them in?

See Europe for my reason for not wanting them.

LINK

Here's a link to the order since you evidently haven't read it.

1). The President is allowed to make restrictions to Immigration policy. That passage has been cited plenty of times here and other places so you should be familiar.

2). The main argument that the judge makes is that business, education, freedom of movement and family relations are harmed by restricting immigration (presumably just in this case). That argument could extend to every immigration restriction the President enacted. Such an argument, if accepted, would effectively make any immigration restriction null.

Federal judges have been halving the immigration baby for decades. They're eventually going to be twisted into knots. As they are here.

And the left is losing their mind at halting immigration from a few countries for 3 months while we examine our processes. Is there a sane side in this debate? Early signs point to no.

I haven't read it..but who was filing for the TRO and what irreparable harm would they suffer if the order wasn't issued?

My point has nothing to do with wanting, or not wanting, "them" in. Our biggest threat right now, IMO, is the growing percentage who are willing to let a wannabe authoritarian (and his 2 lunatic advisors) go unchecked in the name of "safety".

That's one of them.

The second is people who want to declare any action by a President unconstitutional because they don't like the President.

Convenient.

You're just going full Rex now. You should never go full Rex.
