I know y'all don't like checks and balances anymore but we have a President, not a King. He can't just do whatever he wants.

My thought is that was the plan all along. Trump plans on creating outrage over this issue which will further diminish the Democrats.

I am all for checks and balances.
That is not what this ruling is. This ruling is legally baseless overreach that is purely driven by politics.
And don't give me Bush appointee. Otherwise, Gorsuch should be on the Court tomorrow by voice vote if W's selections are infallible.
