I don't give a frick about Democrats. Not everything is a binary equation. I'm just saying that most here backed Trump unequivocally regardless of what he did during the campaign, and I understand that within the confines of a campaign.

But now the campaign is over and his decisions are going to affect us and it's ok to disagree. You can still be on the overall train and disagree with some of his decisions.

You mean back when the citizens had less liberty and freedom than they do today?

This does not mean we have to take shite from Sessions and Trump and act like everything is fine.

I've always said that Trump is a means to an end towards making sure Hillary Clinton is soundly and safely defeated, and once that happened, legit conservatives will have to start holding Trump's feet to the fire and demand standards of conduct and governance that is worthy of residence in the White House.

And that's what I'm doing right now. The sessions pick falls well short of what we need from our Attorney General in 2016. What are you doing bud?

t least you're honest about it. Almost seems like some here are scared to criticize anything Trump does. A strange cult of personality developing here. It's ok to back him when he's in the campaign, but he's won

This stupidity again.

OK, if Sessions is still on board with WOD and CAF, then I disagree with the appointment.

CAF is one of the things I am most against. It is a complete affront to my sense of freedom and right/wrong.

It would be refreshing to see a battle between a true conservative and a statist conservative-in-name-only

I'm not too worried about the weed stuff. Sessions will follow the will of the president on that matter, and trump seems to think it should be left up to the states. So many states have legalized it now that it's too late to put the cat back in the bag. Sessions focus will be making sanctuary cities follow the law.

I'm hoping Rand can find some democrats to help him out on it and that will boost his numbers. All he would need then is a few willing republicans who are actually small government conservatives.

The weird thing about this is that nobody saw it coming.

Whatever man.

If Sessions is really a born again drug warrior that wants to take people's property without due process just because he doesn't like drugs, then he has no business being Attorney General of the United States of America.

Everyone calling anyone for weed legalization or medical a pot head is dumb.

I don't smoke. Still believe those who want it should have it.

Weed shouldn't even be a mention here. Civil asset forfeiture is worth a debate and I agree has been misused in many cases. Sessions might not be right on every single issue for some of you but I think you would mostly all admit he would be light years ahead of what we have.

You are not going to find a candidate that will agree with everybody. But I want one that will enforce the rule of law, clean out the so called "Justice Department" at all the SJW's and deal with all the riots and protests by indicting the organizers and backers on RICO charges, and I hope Soros gets his.

So you agree he shouldn't be AG in that case, because that's what we'll be getting.
