This nonsense about not removing the filibuster in exchange for the confirmation is absurd. This is an eminently qualified justice and there's no reason this confirmation should be delayed.

Speculation on my part, but I don't think the democrats will filibuster Gorsuch. I do think however, they would like an agreement in place where democrats agree not to filibuster Gorsuch in exchange for Republicans not using the nuclear option in the next SCOTUS confirmation.

Because they are against ANYTHING Trump is for, and they are for ANYTHING Trump is against. It's not about what is best for our country with them, never has been, and never will be. It is what they think is best for the Democrat party and protecting their own little playhouse.

It's not about them.
It's about SCOTUS. And Gorsuch is a fantastic nominee that did exceptionally well in the hearings.
