He says some pretty outrageous things. I don't necessarily like him, but I appreciate that he's become a symbol for progressive intolerance.

I'm saying the lauding of him from one side, and the criticism of him from the other seems devoid any any intellectual thought. His columns are just full of a bunch of name calling, which one side eats up, while the other acts offended. And I think those reactions just further fuel the other side's reaction.

Rubin is a thoughtful, serious commentator, who was actually a comedian. I've seen clips of Milo where he makes decent points, but if you listen to him on JRE's podcast or watch the panel with Bill Maher he shows his true colors as a shallow, self promoter...I don't see much substance.
