i wouldnt say milo is shallow or without much substance, but you are 100% accurate that his behavior on the Maher panel wasn't a good look. Nobody can take him seriously in an interview or round table format, his flamboyance, name calling, and overall theatrics are just way too much. he is a bright, well spoken guy, but alot of his substance is overshadowed and undermined by his behavior.
he absolutely is an internet troll come to life.
