He's exactly right but not in the way he thinks.
The ones who need to be made uncomfortable are those that blame everyone and everything else on their issues rather than looking in the mirror and taking responsibility for their situations and doing something to fix it.
When more black fathers decide to be real men and be present for their children, raise them to work hard, respect authority, take a vested interest in their education, and advocate for them 90% of their issues will not so magically disappear.
Unfortunately in today's bizarro society it's racist to state those obvious facts and expect them be able to live up to those standards.

My main issue was Pop talking about cultural advantages of whites. How did they get there? Like, maybe by creating a culture of accountability and prioritizing family and education. I recognize that the Asian culture is superior by and large to the Caucasian and the Indian culture is very positive too. I don't begrudge those cultures as I try to model aspects from them to improve my life. What Pop and AA leaders absolutely refuse to do is recognize that building those cultures takes effort and while the AA culture is largely behind those I mentioned nothing will change until there is change from within.

It is ridiculous to blame black family failure and unemployment on racism.
We have tens of millions of people who snuck into this country because they had the drive and work ethic to do something to improve their station in life.

There's no honesty there. Until African-Americans look in the mirror and start addressing their deep-seated systemic cultural problems there will be no substantial changes.

My white privilege .
I was privileged to grow up in the household of a drunk who beat us all unmercifully.
We barely had enough to eat and had 2 Pair of pants and 3 shirts to wear all year.
When we graduated high school we were basically kicked out of our home.
I immediately joined the military because I had no where else to go.
I saved my pay while in the NAVY and left with 35k after 6 years. It and a part time job paid for my college when I got out back in 1986.
My choices and hard work made me become successful, Not some mysterious white privilege.
